I’m Emily!
YAY! š Iām Emily! Mom of two kiddos, wife to my awesomely bearded husband and snuggly pug owner! My goal in life is to encourage joy in everyone that I meet!
Our family lives in rural WI amongst the corn fields and Packer fans. I attempt a vegetable garden every year (but let’s be real, it’s SUPPPPERRRR weedy), I believe that ice cream is a necessity at any time of the day, Iām constantly doing my best to add color to my life (there’s never a wall off limits at our house), and I truly believe that a set of earrings can make ANY outfit better!
Oh yay studio has evolved from my wedding photography business into an online shop and blog. It began from one simple hand lettered cake topper that I created one afternoon while my son was napping and has now turned into an extension of my love for people by spreading joy + celebrating all the things. I believe to the core of who I am that smiling REALLY can change the world! š I also believe that EVERY SINGLE person has creativity deep down inside of them so I teach art to little kids and big kids and adults sometimes too! š
